Diversity and Inclusion

The aim of Page Not Found —to provide wider access to artistic and independent publishing— is fundamentally inclusive. We believe that artistic publishing, through independent and self-publishing, is a unique tool for disseminating ideas and forms that amplify the voices, histories, lived realities of marginalised communities, to challenge the status quo and ultimately to improve society as a whole.
Our initiative thus embraces the not as an institutional requirement, but as a key component to our organisational identity. The board and the team are committed to its implementation in our structures and processes, to see our programme, public, partners, and personnel become more equitable, inclusive, and diverse.
Despite this natural drive for equity, inclusion, and diversity, we are aware that areas of improvement exist in the key areas of Programme, Public, Partners and Personnel.
As part of our plan to fully integrate diversity and inclusion in our core operations, in an effort to increase transparency and accountability, we publish below statistics about guests of our public programme.
These statistics are gathered from our guests, from voluntary self-identification (please note that these statistics are not complete for 2020.)
