Clara Balaguer
Chair
(b. 1980, Manila, PH) is a cultural worker and grey literature circulator. From 2010 to 2018, she articulated cultural programming with rural, peri-urban, and diasporic communities from the Philippines through the OCD, a living room residency program and cultural unit. In 2013, she co-founded Hardworking Goodlooking, a cottage industry publishing hauz interested in the material vernacular, collectivizing authorship, and the value of the error. Currently, she builds and publishes curriculums at BAK, basis voor actuele kunst as curator of Civic Praxis, as research lecturer at Willem de Kooning Academy, and as editorial midwife at Piet Zwart Institute for Experimental Publishing. Frequently, she operates under collective or individual aliases that disclose her stewardship in projects, the latest of which is To Be Determined: a loosely organized structure of sleeper cells (Trojan horse networks) that activate–deactivate for leaking access to cultural capital.
Katja Mater

(b. 1979, NL, works in Brussels) is a visual artist, living and working between Amsterdam and Brussels. She graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie and was resident at De Atelier (2003–2005). Mater received the 2018 NN Group Art Award, an incentive prize for exceptional talent. She is part of the editorial team of the Girls Like Us magazine, for women from all genders within arts, culture, and activism.
Keziah Goudsmith
General Board Member
(b. 1990, NL, works in Amsterdam) leads the development team of De Nieuwe Kerk | Hermitage Amsterdam. She earned a Bachelor of Arts at Bard College (New York) and a Master of Arts at Courtauld Institute of Art (London). She worked previously as Head of Frieze Studios at Frieze in London.
Rachel Carey
Treasurer
(b. 1976, US, works in Rotterdam) is a visual artist. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Metalsmithing and Jewelry Design from the University of Kansas; a Diplôme National Supérieur d’Expression Plastique from the École Supérieure d’Art de Metz, France; and an MFA from the Piet Zwart Institute (Rotterdam). Her first Bachelor’s degree is in International Business Management. Rachel is the Financial Administrator of Kunstinstituut Melly, since 2018. She has a studio at Het Wilde Weten, with an active art practice.

(b. 1996, IS, works in The Hague) earned a Bachelor’s degree in Art History (Leiden University). Before joining Page Not Found, Eva created and taught at the Summer Art School of Kunsthal 44Møen (Denmark).
Ola Vasiljeva
Director
(b. 1981, LV/NL, works in The Hague) is a visual artist, whose work spans across various media. Vasiljeva graduated from Utrecht School of the Arts (BFA) in 2005. In 2008/2009, she was a resident at the Rijksakademie Amsterdam. Her visual practice is enjoying broad international attention.

(b. 1975, FR, works in The Hague) earned a BFA from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam. He further holds a Master of Engineering degree in Telecommunications and a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition.
