Fee type and production costs are discussed openly with the Page Not Found team. You will receive a written agreement specifying all conditions (fees, travel, accommodation, production budget, promotion...) at least one month before the activity. Proposed fees follow the , which distinguishes between group shows and solo shows, between new work, existing work, and adaptations of existing work, and scales fees according to the duration of the exhibition. We apply the following clarifications to the Guidelines: Proportional fees for mixed work types
When an artist’s contribution to an exhibition includes a combination of work types, the total fee is calculated proportionately according to the number of works in each category.
For example, in an exhibition of six works comprising one new work, two adaptations, and three existing works, the total fee consists of: 1/6 of the fee for new work, 1/3 of the fee for adaptations, and 1/2 of the fee for existing works. Proportional fees for exhibition duration
When an exhibition runs for a period that falls between the standard monthly durations, the fee is calculated proportionally to the length of the exhibition.
For example, the fee for an exhibition lasting six weeks is calculated as the one-month fee plus two weeks’ worth of the difference between the one-month and two-month fees.
